About the OnFireForHandmade Blog: Wow that is a busy site. Anne just recreated it. Which if you have a blog you know that is not a small task. I'm still figuring things out everyday. I love to blog and love to share my work and other work that I see other Artisans do. Handcrafted Art just amazes me. Its not produced in a factory. Real wonderful people put hours of time and love into each and everything they make. Sadly we are all so underpaid because it is so hard to compete with company's that mass produce. I know that every time I have purchased a handcrafted item it is 100 times better and I'm more proud to wear it and or use it than I am anything I purchased from a regular store. I support and shop Handcrafted now and I'm proud of it. The online shopping world it amazing. Well I am off to heal. I had Epidural injections in my lower spine today. Very sore but this gave me something fun to do to keep my mind off of it. We received your beautiful, blue inspired bracelets today, we love them all. I especially love the charms you attached. I think your designs would be wonderful for an upcoming event we are hosting and I'd love to share a few with those attending . Would you be interested in making a few bracelets, for our upcoming Tribute Gala? "  The rest Im saving for the reveal of the bracelets I create :)

This is only part of the exciting email I received. There is more but I want so save the best parts for later :). The email was from the 7000 Bracelets of Hope Director Lisa James. They loved my donations (the four bracelets I sent this month) and they want me to create for a special Gala Event in September. I dont know all the details but they are choosing a few artists for this even to create for the 50 Patient Advocates that are being honored at this event. They want special items created for them and they like my designs. I was so thrilled. What an honor. I was sent an inviation to the event which is held in California . Sadly it is not possible for me to go, but just the thought that they loved my work and wanted me there is such an honor. Even more of an honor they picked my designs with some other artisians handcrafted designs to create for these Honored Advocates. Wow what an honor. So I emailed back happily asking for more details and what they need me to do. Of course I will happily help and create for them. :)  They sent me these new links that go with the Gala Event to add to my site.

Well I guess I have bragged enough. Im truly blessed to have had so many wonderful things happen to me. Art has brought so much to my life and Im so happy God guided me in this direction. I know this is where I belong. Even when sales are slow. I know this is what I should be doing and I just put one foot forward and create. Polymer Clay is wonderful and of course who doesnt love Jewelry and bling of some sort. I will continue to create for my health and my heart because it truly is the only thing that makes me feel better some days. I put alot of love into everything I create and I have some fun new creations coming up that I have never seen anyone do before. Some little designs that I worked up and Im so thrilled about sharing. I plan to share after my magazine is published. So keep coming back for more. I have lots to share. I am finishing up three tutorials to post also, all will be free and fun for anyone beginner or expert. Watch for those too.

Butterflies & Beyond

Im always asked what inspires you. One of my favorite inspirations is:

ჱܓƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ When I Create With Butterflies I Relax and I Truly Feel Peaceful ჱܓƸӜƷ

Butterflies are Breathtaking, Inspiring, Free and Worry Free. Wouldnt it be amazing to be a Butterfly?  Never have to worry about a bad hair day or gas prices. Just lift you wings and fly wherever your heart takes you. Take your time, just glide around, enjoy the simple things around you, smell the flowers. Hmm Maybe we all could learn some things from butterflies.

I am not sure who painted this or where it came from It was in a random group of photos when I was looking for butterflies a few months back in butterfly clip art. Its lovely. If anyone knows anything about it let me know. I would love a print. It reminds me of my daughter Ashley when she was little. We went to Sea World and it was so hot her hair turned all curly like this. She is beautiful just like this fairy and the butterflies.

This photo means alot to me. Everytime I look at it, it reminds me of my sister. She is an angel in heaven. She passed away in a car accident in 1997. She love lilacs and these look like lilacs. Both of us like butterflys amongh other things. The funny thing about lilacs is. She loved them but I used to wear lilac deodorant, teen spirit used to have a lilac one and she hated it. She said the smell of it ruined the smell of pretty flower. LOL  So when I smell or see lilacs I think of her, how she loved them but hated smelling my pits. LOL. They bring me peace and they are lovely.

I wont bore you with every set. I do have a few more Ill post in a few days because I made really pretty new dangle cha cha bracelets and Earrings to match all of these. Love them. I made a few full sets for me. So now I will post and share with everyone. I like to make some things and try them out to make sure they are sturdy.
